Private one-on-one Personal Training with a certified Volt Box coach at our studios: NEOM (Community 1), KAUST (Al Khozama Hotel & Residences, Thuwal), and Vanity Studio Jeddah. Book Personal Training for a full 60-minute one-on-one coached training session: strength, conditioning, fat loss, or rehab programming built around you. Book EMS Fitness instead if you want the 20-minute Onyx EMS Suit workout. What you get in your 60-minute session: A full body composition and goal review on your first session. Personalized programming based on your fitness level and goals. Live coaching through the entire workout with form correction and pacing in real time. Optional integration with the Onyx EMS Suit for time-efficient strength work. This is our STUDIO service. For mobile training delivered to your home, compound, or office in Jeddah with Coach Ali, see the Jeddah Mobile session packs instead. Pricing (studio): SAR 240 per single session booked online (SAR 300 walk-in). Or save with a package: 4 Private Sessions SAR 1,000 (valid 5 weeks), 8 Private Sessions Monthly SAR 1,700, 12 Private Sessions Monthly SAR 2,500 (special offer), 28 Sessions Monthly Transformation SAR 5,600. Packages are valid at all three studios and can be used for Personal Training or EMS Fitness sessions. Tabby and Tamara split payments available at checkout. Cancellation Policy
Applies to: All EMS training sessions, memberships, and promotional packages offered by Volt Box EMS and its partners. 1. General Policy By registering for any EMS service, the client acknowledges and agrees to comply with all policies outlined below. These terms ensure safety, fairness, and quality of service across all Volt Box EMS facilities. 2. Health & Safety Clients must complete a Health Declaration Form before their first session. EMS training is not suitable for individuals with pacemakers, epilepsy, metal implants, or during pregnancy. Clients must inform trainers of any recent injuries, surgeries, or changes in health status. Volt Box EMS reserves the right to postpone or deny training if it is deemed unsafe. All sessions are supervised by certified EMS trainers in accordance with international safety standards. 3. Booking & Attendance Sessions must be booked in advance through the Volt Box EMS booking system or WhatsApp. Clients must arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may forfeit the session without refund. No food, alcohol, or smoking is permitted within the training area. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. Sessions cancelled by Volt Box EMS due to operational reasons will be rescheduled at no extra cost. 5. Payment & Refunds All payments must be completed before the first session. No Refund Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits for unused or expired sessions. Medical exceptions may be reviewed for session credit (not refund) upon submission of a valid doctor’s note. Prices are subject to change with notice. 6. Membership & Package Validity All memberships and packages are personal and non-transferable. Packages must be used within their stated validity period. Expired sessions cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded. 7. Equipment & Hygiene EMS suits and accessories must be used responsibly. Clients are liable for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. Clean EMS undergarments are mandatory. Suits and equipment are sanitized after every use. 8. Liability & Risk Clients participate voluntarily and assume all physical risks related to EMS training. Volt Box EMS is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss unless proven negligent.
