Small groups, every name known, every rep corrected. Progress measured every six weeks. Booking needed. Small group cap of 12 per class. ──────────────── PACKAGES 1. UNLIMITED SAR 2,000 / month. Every class, as often as you like. 2. UNLIMITED DUO (2 PEOPLE) SAR 3,000 / month. One membership covers you and a friend. SAR 1,500 each instead of SAR 2,000 solo. 3. 10-CLASS PACKAGE SAR 1,000. Any 10 classes across the schedule. SAR 100 per class. Valid one month from purchase. 4. CASUAL VISIT SAR 120. One class. No strings. Book below. ──────────────── HOW TO START 1. Book your first class. 30-minute Express at lunch, 45 minutes in the evening, or Saturday morning. 2. Pick your package. Four simple options, all monthly. ──────────────── FAQ I have never trained before. Can I join? Yes. Every exercise is coached at three levels, and classes are capped at 12 so the coach works with you personally. How does the Duo membership work? One SAR 3,000 monthly membership covers two people. That is SAR 1,500 each instead of SAR 2,000 solo. Add your friend's name at checkout. How long is the 10-class package valid? One month from the day you buy it. What should I bring? Training clothes, indoor shoes, and a water bottle. Everything else is provided. How is progress measured? Your results are measured every six weeks so you can see the change. Where is Volt Box NEOM? Cancellation Policy
Applies to: All EMS training sessions, memberships, and promotional packages offered by Volt Box EMS and its partners. 1. General Policy By registering for any EMS service, the client acknowledges and agrees to comply with all policies outlined below. These terms ensure safety, fairness, and quality of service across all Volt Box EMS facilities. 2. Health & Safety Clients must complete a Health Declaration Form before their first session. EMS training is not suitable for individuals with pacemakers, epilepsy, metal implants, or during pregnancy. Clients must inform trainers of any recent injuries, surgeries, or changes in health status. Volt Box EMS reserves the right to postpone or deny training if it is deemed unsafe. All sessions are supervised by certified EMS trainers in accordance with international safety standards. 3. Booking & Attendance Sessions must be booked in advance through the Volt Box EMS booking system or WhatsApp. Clients must arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may forfeit the session without refund. No food, alcohol, or smoking is permitted within the training area. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. Sessions cancelled by Volt Box EMS due to operational reasons will be rescheduled at no extra cost. 5. Payment & Refunds All payments must be completed before the first session. No Refund Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits for unused or expired sessions. Medical exceptions may be reviewed for session credit (not refund) upon submission of a valid doctor’s note. Prices are subject to change with notice. 6. Membership & Package Validity All memberships and packages are personal and non-transferable. Packages must be used within their stated validity period. Expired sessions cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded. 7. Equipment & Hygiene EMS suits and accessories must be used responsibly. Clients are liable for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. Clean EMS undergarments are mandatory. Suits and equipment are sanitized after every use. 8. Liability & Risk Clients participate voluntarily and assume all physical risks related to EMS training. Volt Box EMS is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss unless proven negligent.
