The fastest way to feel what wireless EMS actually does to your body — before you decide whether the Solo, Partner, Friendship, or studio bundles are right for you. What happens in your session: A certified Volt Box trainer brings the full Onyx EMS Suit and Power Box to you. You'll get fitted, walked through how the suit works, and run through a 20-minute training program tailored to your fitness level — strength, fat-loss, or recovery, your call. Most first-timers leave the session aware of muscles they hadn't trained in years. What's included: the full Onyx EMS hardware (you don't bring anything), a professional fitting and intensity calibration, a 20-minute trainer-led session, and a short post-session chat about which Onyx kit fits your goals — no high-pressure pitch. Where we operate: Jeddah, KAUST, and NEOM. The trainer comes to your home, hotel, gym, or office — wherever has 4 square metres of clear floor. Cost: free. Cancellation Policy
Applies to: All EMS training sessions, memberships, and promotional packages offered by Volt Box EMS and its partners. 1. General Policy By registering for any EMS service, the client acknowledges and agrees to comply with all policies outlined below. These terms ensure safety, fairness, and quality of service across all Volt Box EMS facilities. 2. Health & Safety Clients must complete a Health Declaration Form before their first session. EMS training is not suitable for individuals with pacemakers, epilepsy, metal implants, or during pregnancy. Clients must inform trainers of any recent injuries, surgeries, or changes in health status. Volt Box EMS reserves the right to postpone or deny training if it is deemed unsafe. All sessions are supervised by certified EMS trainers in accordance with international safety standards. 3. Booking & Attendance Sessions must be booked in advance through the Volt Box EMS booking system or WhatsApp. Clients must arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may forfeit the session without refund. No food, alcohol, or smoking is permitted within the training area. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. Sessions cancelled by Volt Box EMS due to operational reasons will be rescheduled at no extra cost. 5. Payment & Refunds All payments must be completed before the first session. No Refund Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits for unused or expired sessions. Medical exceptions may be reviewed for session credit (not refund) upon submission of a valid doctor’s note. Prices are subject to change with notice. 6. Membership & Package Validity All memberships and packages are personal and non-transferable. Packages must be used within their stated validity period. Expired sessions cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded. 7. Equipment & Hygiene EMS suits and accessories must be used responsibly. Clients are liable for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. Clean EMS undergarments are mandatory. Suits and equipment are sanitized after every use. 8. Liability & Risk Clients participate voluntarily and assume all physical risks related to EMS training. Volt Box EMS is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss unless proven negligent.
