Cancellation Policy

# Volt Box Group Class Terms & Conditions **Applies to:** All Volt Box group classes, memberships, programmes, challenges, promotional packages, and events offered by Volt Box and its partners. ## 1. General Policy By registering for any Volt Box group class or programme, members acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to provide a safe, professional, and enjoyable training experience for all members. --- ## 2. Eligibility * Members must meet the minimum age requirement set by Volt Box. * Members under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating. * Volt Box reserves the right to request proof of age where required. --- ## 3. Health & Safety * All members must complete a Health Declaration Form before attending their first class. * Members are responsible for informing their coach of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, medications, or changes to their health before participating. * Volt Box reserves the right to postpone or refuse participation if training is considered unsafe. * Members should always follow the coach's instructions and train within their own ability. * Appropriate athletic clothing and closed-toe training shoes must be worn during all classes. * Members are encouraged to bring a water bottle and stay hydrated throughout each session. --- ## 4. Booking & Attendance * All classes must be booked in advance through the Volt Box booking platform or an approved booking channel. * Members should arrive **10 minutes before** the scheduled class to allow time for check-in and preparation. * Members arriving **more than 5 minutes after** the class has started may not be permitted to join, as missing the warm-up may increase the risk of injury and disrupt the session. * Late arrivals will be treated as a missed class and will be subject to the cancellation and no-show policy. * Class places are allocated on a first-booked, first-served basis. * Class sizes are limited to maintain a high standard of coaching. --- ## 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling * Classes must be cancelled or rescheduled at least **12 hours** before the scheduled start time. * Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the class being deducted from the member's package or membership. * If Volt Box cancels a class due to operational reasons, members will be offered an alternative booking at no additional cost. --- ## 6.
