As a Strength and Conditioning coach, basketball player, and boxer I’m always trying to find the most optimal way to achieve my strength goals.
In 2016 I tried my first EMS training and I became obsessed!
Ambition
Determined to make this training available to everyone, I decided to train and learn from the best.
I have partnered with top EMS tech companies, Electro Fitness Technology and GluckerKolleg (Germany), as well as world-renowned EMS trainers in order to create the most optimal EMS training solution on the market.
